Pastor & Wife Appreciation Sunday
I was blessed Saturday by my family and friends. People had sent me birthday cards all week and then Saturday morning, the Facebook birthday greetings (all 100 of them) started rolling in. It was like an extra party, but online. Around Noon, my family came over and threw me a big bash. It was wonderful, [...]
Worship & Work
Do not dress like this woman this Sunday. Come dressed in real work clothes. Following the worship service, we will enjoy some pizza together and then do lots of chores around the grounds — everything from throwing out junk to weeding and mulching the playground. So come dressed to work and worship. See you then!
Bertha Melton
We remember the life and service of our friend, Bertha Melton. These photos show you a few ways I remember her most and this funeral message tells the rest.
Dressed in Blue
Graham Friends Church got dressed up in blue last Friday. This is to highlight the growing need for concern and awareness about autism. The Autism Society has been celebrating National Autism Awareness Month since the 1970s. The United States now recognizes April as a special opportunity for everyone to educate the public about autism and [...]
The Mirror of Marriage

Lately they have become general questions for me. In the grand scheme of things I see marriage connected to God’s great purpose with humanity. Like so [...]

Hóka-héy!
The mailman brought me bills and junk mail today. Nothing new there. Yet one of the pieces of junk mail was novel. Well, at least I never imagined getting an advertisement from such a company. It was from a burial park — a cemetery. I guess I have reached the age where I have begun [...]
